Dear friends of CAP,
Time for Action! On September 24, 2004, the Los Angeles Times revealed that “Few Californians Know of Gambling Initiatives. . . A majority of Californians has never heard of two competing gambling initiatives and nearly half said they would vote against both when informed about the measures, a statewide poll said.” At CAP’s office, we think about these initiatives all day, every day. Yet, the Times poll states that most voters do not know about the propositions!

Our most pressing need is to reach those who are unaware.
